Matter and case management software for law firms.
Every matter in one record — parties, documents, hearings, minutes and deadlines, from registration through to an appeal window that counts itself down.
The judgment comes down, and the clock on the appeal starts the same day.
How long you have depends on the case type and on whether the decision went your way. Somebody has to know that number, remember which cases are inside their window, and act before it runs out. In most firms that somebody is a person with a diary — and the consequence of them being on leave is not an inconvenience, it is a claim.
From registration to adjudicated.
- 01
One matter, however many cases it becomes
The matter holds the client, the opponents, the documents and the fee arrangement. The court cases sit underneath it — so a dispute that splits into three separate actions is still one commercial relationship, billed and reported as one.
- 02
Cases that belong together are linked
Main and linked cases, and combined or counter-claims, are joined into a claim group. Claim amounts roll up to the group, so a figure that appears in three related actions is counted once rather than three times.
- 03
Hearings, and what actually happened at them
Schedule the hearing; afterwards record the minutes — the adjournment reason, the tasks that came out of it, and the next hearing date, which chains directly off them. Minutes cannot be filed before the hearing has taken place, so the record cannot quietly get ahead of the facts.
- 04
Every update filed as what it is
Reports, decisions, applications and document filings are each captured with the fields that type actually needs — a decision carries its judgment and date, an application carries the applicant — with attachments and a date on each.
- 05
The appeal window counts itself down
Once judgment is entered, the appeal period is calculated from the case type and the outcome — in your favour, against you, or neutral — and the case shows the days remaining, whether it has run over, and whether an appeal can still be filed. When the window closes the case moves to adjudicated on its own.
The same thing, on screen.
One matter record — documents, hours, parties and versions, without opening anything else.
What changes for the firm.
- The appeal deadline is a number on the case, not a number in someone's head.
- One matter survives a dispute splitting into three separate actions.
- Claim amounts across linked cases add up once, not three times.
- What happened at a hearing is recorded by the person who was there, while it is fresh.
- A hearing cannot be minuted before it has happened.
- Supervising the caseload is reading a screen, not asking eleven people for an update.
Everything included, in one place.
Appeal period tracking
After judgment the appeal window is derived from the case type and whether the outcome favoured your client, and the case carries its own countdown — days left, whether it is overdue, and whether an appeal is still open to you. A background process moves the case to adjudicated once the window has closed.
Hearings and minutes
Hearings are scheduled, then minuted afterwards with the adjournment reason, any tasks arising, and the next hearing date chained from the minutes. Settlement fees on judgment are captured against the hearing that produced them.
Linked and combined cases
Main and linked cases, and combined or counter-claims, form a claim group with a primary case, so related actions are managed and reported together rather than as unconnected files.
Centralised case organisation
Client details, opponents, correspondence, documents, hearings and fee earners live on one matter record instead of being spread across drives and inboxes.
Case updates by type
Reports, decisions, applications and document filings are recorded as distinct kinds of event, each with its own fields, its own attachments and its own date, so the case history reads as a history rather than a pile of notes.
Deadline reminders
Court dates, filing deadlines and follow-ups raise reminders before they become urgent, rather than after.
Case progress reporting
Status across the caseload — by fee earner, practice area or client — for supervision and client updates alike.
Common questions about this feature.
When a judgment is recorded the appeal window is calculated from the case type and the outcome — different periods apply depending on whether the decision went in your client's favour — and the case then shows its own countdown: days remaining, whether it has run over, and whether an appeal can still be filed. Once the window closes the case moves to adjudicated automatically, so nothing sits in an ambiguous state waiting for someone to notice.
Yes, and this is the normal shape rather than an exception. A matter holds the client relationship, the opponents and the fee arrangement; the court cases sit underneath it. Related cases can also be linked as main and linked files, or as combined and counter-claims, which groups them so claim amounts are totalled once across the group instead of repeatedly.
Yes. Existing clients, matters and documents can be imported during onboarding, and Enterprise plans include guided migration and training.
Yes. Task lists and matter types are configurable, so litigation, corporate and real estate teams can each follow their own process on the same platform.
Works with the rest of the platform.

One workspace over a case's documents, with three ways into it: a dated chronology, a map of every party, and answers cited to the page they came from.
