CASENGINE sub-processors
Version 1.0 · Effective 15 September 2026 · This list is referred to in Clause 19.4 of the Terms and Conditions and Section 7 of the Privacy Policy. We give subscribers at least thirty (30) days' notice before adding or replacing a core sub-processor (Clause 19.4B).
Core sub-processors — engaged for every subscriber
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, database and file storage — UAE North (United Arab Emirates)
- Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence — AI features — UAE North where regional capacity permits; otherwise other Microsoft Azure regions (Clause 18.9)
- Microsoft (Microsoft Graph / Exchange Online) — email delivery from the platform
- Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — application error monitoring: user identifier, IP address, page in use and technical details of the error — hosted outside the United Arab Emirates
Optional sub-processors — only where a subscriber enables the integration (all off by default)
- Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Entra ID / Active Directory
- Dropbox
- DocuSign
- Intuit QuickBooks
- Twilio Inc. — delivery of WhatsApp messages, using the subscriber's own Twilio account and credentials — receives the recipient's telephone number and the values merged into the message template
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — delivers the message onward to the recipient
A subscriber's own connected mailbox is provided by the subscriber's own email provider and is not a sub-processor of Code Engines. Website and marketing data may also be processed by analytics and advertising providers (Google), which do not receive Content.
